Coinbase Wallet Quests
Coinbase Wallet users who complete interactive learn-and-do quests inside the app, subject to availability.
Coinbase Wallet Quests are interactive challenges inside the self-custody Coinbase Wallet app that teach users about blockchain and Web3 by having them actually do things, sometimes with a small crypto reward for completing steps. The official reference is coinbase.com/wallet/quests. This is a useful, learn-by-doing option, but it is important to distinguish it from Coinbase’s older Learn & Earn program, which paid users for watching educational videos and taking quizzes and which Coinbase retired in May 2025. Because of that change, this entry points to the current, active Wallet Quests rather than the discontinued rewards.
How it works: you use the Coinbase Wallet app, browse available quests, and complete guided tasks that introduce features of the wallet and the wider ecosystem. Some quests carry a modest reward, but availability changes over time and rewards are limited, so participation should be framed as education first. There is no guaranteed payout.
The key difference from an exchange program is custody. Coinbase Wallet is self-custody, meaning you alone hold the recovery phrase and are responsible for the funds. Quests that involve on-chain steps require you to approve transactions, and that introduces the same category of risk as other on-chain activity: a careless approval, or a copycat ‘quest’ link shared elsewhere, can lead to lost funds. The convenience of an in-app flow does not remove the need to read what you are signing.
To participate safely, install the official app from a legitimate source, secure your recovery phrase offline, and only complete quests within the app itself. Ignore external websites or messages claiming to offer Coinbase quest rewards, and never type your recovery phrase anywhere. Because Coinbase Wallet cannot be restored by support if you lose your phrase, protecting it is entirely on you.
TokenSpin does not run this program; never share your seed phrase; never connect your wallet to a site you do not trust; not financial advice.
How to participate — via official sources only
- Read about the program at coinbase.com/wallet/quests.
- Install the official Coinbase Wallet app from a legitimate source and secure your recovery phrase offline.
- Open Quests in the app and pick an available learn-and-do quest.
- Complete the steps, reviewing any transaction before approving it.
- Claim any eligible reward inside the app; do not follow external 'quest reward' links.
- Coinbase's older Learn & Earn (learning rewards) program ended in May 2025; treat sites claiming it is still paying as suspect.
- Coinbase Wallet is self-custody, so no one can recover it for you; never enter your recovery phrase into any website.
