Privacy Policy

Most privacy policies are long because the site behind them collects a lot. Ours is short in substance and long only because we want to explain the absence properly: TokenSpin collects almost nothing about you.

There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no ad network, no session recording, no heatmaps. The site loads no third-party resources at all — every font, script, style, and image comes from this domain. That means no other company receives a record of your visit simply because you opened a page here.

What we do not collect

• We do not set cookies. Not one, not even for preferences. See the cookie policy for what that means in practice.
• We do not run analytics or tracking of any kind, so we have no profile of you, no visitor ID, and no cross-site history.
• We do not sell, rent, or share reader data, because we do not have reader data to share.
• We do not ask for or receive wallet addresses, wallet connections, transaction signatures, token approvals, seed phrases, or private keys — and we never will. Anything claiming to be TokenSpin and asking for those is not us.
• We do not run accounts, logins, or reader profiles.

Server logs

Like any hosted website, the web server records basic technical information when a page is requested: an IP address, the browser’s user agent string, and the URL that was asked for. This is ordinary operational logging — it is what keeps the site running, lets us see errors, and helps us spot abuse such as automated flooding.

We do not use these logs to build profiles of readers, we do not join them to anything else, and we do not hand them to advertisers. We are not going to quote you an exact retention period here, because inventing a precise-sounding number would be worse than telling you plainly that logs are kept only as long as they are operationally useful and are not mined for marketing.

The Daily Spin and your browser

The only thing this site stores on your device is The Daily Spin progress — your streak and your knowledge points. It is kept in your own browser’s local storage.

That data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to our server, we cannot read it, and we could not recover it for you if you asked. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching to another device erases it. If you would rather it did not exist at all, simply do not use the Spin, or clear your site data afterwards.

The newsletter form

There is a newsletter sign-up form on the site, and we want to be straight about its current state: it is not yet connected to an email provider, so sign-ups are not being collected. Submitting it does not add you to a list, because no list is running. If and when we connect it to a mailing service, we will say so here first and describe what happens to an address before we start accepting any.

Things we link to

Our articles and the Rewards Radar sometimes name or describe outside projects. Where we send you elsewhere, that site’s own privacy practices apply from the moment you arrive, and they will not resemble ours — most will use cookies, analytics, and advertising. Your rights and how to reach us

Privacy rights in most places let you ask what a site holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted. The honest answer here is that in almost every case we hold nothing personal to show you, correct, or delete — there is no account, no mailing list, no tracking record. What exists is generic server logging, which is not organised around identifying individual readers.

If you still want to ask a question about your data, or you believe something on this page does not match what you have observed, write to the desk through contact and a person will answer. We would genuinely rather be corrected than be wrong. If we change how any of this works, we will update this page rather than quietly changing the site.
