TokenSpin is an independent, informational publication about crypto rewards, airdrops and the scams that circle around them. We are not an exchange, a wallet, a casino or a token issuer. Nobody here can move your funds, unlock an account, reverse a transaction or recover a lost seed phrase. Knowing that up front saves everyone time, because the single most common message a site like ours receives is one we genuinely cannot act on.

What we can do is read what you send us, check it, and either correct our own pages or warn other readers. That is the whole point of the desk.

What we are glad to hear about

A few kinds of message are always worth sending:

• Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, out of date or unclear, tell us which page and what specifically is off. We would rather fix a detail than defend it. Our process for handling this is described on the corrections page.
• Scam reports. If you have run into a fake claim page, an impersonated project, a drainer link or a “support agent” who asked for your seed phrase, the details help us write a warning that protects the next person. Screenshots, domains and the exact wording used matter more than a general description.
• Reward programmes we have missed. If a legitimate staking, earn or airdrop programme is not on the Rewards Radar, point us at the primary source and we will run it through our vetting process.
• Questions about our methods. How we score risk, what evidence we accept, why we listed or delisted something. We would rather explain than be taken on trust.

What we cannot help with

We have no relationship with any project, exchange or wallet provider, so we cannot chase a stuck withdrawal, restore access to an account, appeal a ban or intervene in a dispute. We do not offer financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we will not tell you whether a particular token is a good buy. We also do not manage anyone’s assets, and we never ask readers to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, approve a token allowance or share a seed phrase or private key. Any message claiming to be from TokenSpin that asks for those things is not from us.

How to reach the desk

A contact form and a published address for the editorial desk are being set up and will appear on this page once they are live. We would rather leave this blank for now than publish a route that nobody is monitoring, so please do not assume an address you have seen elsewhere belongs to us.

In the meantime, the corrections process is the formal route for anything factual: it is documented, it is the channel we treat as a matter of record, and it is where mistakes actually get fixed.

Before you write

Two things make a message far more useful. First, include the URL of the page you are writing about, because a description of “the airdrop article” rarely narrows it down. Second, include the primary source if you have one — the project’s own announcement, the contract address, the block explorer link. We check claims against primary sources rather than against other coverage, so handing us that source is the fastest way to get something acted on.
